【应用】芍药苷可抗组织细胞氧化应激损伤、抑制星形胶质细胞的激活、增强保护神经,对于纹状体及黑质多巴胺能神经细胞的损伤具有明显的拮抗作用,并可改善运动迟缓,因而可用于治疗阿尔茨海默症、帕金森病、癫痫等脑部疾病。此外,芍药苷还可以抗肿瘤、类风湿关节炎和强直性脊柱炎等自身免疫性疾病。动物实验还证明芍药苷可明显降低血糖含量、对心肺细胞具有重要的保护作用。 | |
【制备】称取40kg白芍药材,用70%乙醇浸泡过夜,回流提取2次,每次2h,滤过,合并滤液,旋转蒸发至无醇味,调整药液使每1ml药液相当于0.5g生药,备用。称取120kg(湿重)LX38树脂,装入不锈钢柱(300×2300cm)中,柱体积为60L,上样,吸附1h后,先用水300L,10%乙醇300L去除杂质,再用50%乙醇360L洗脱芍药苷和白芍苷,最后用95%乙醇再生树脂,流速为150‑200L/h,将50%乙醇部位浓缩蒸干得2.52kg,其中芍药苷纯度为24%,白芍苷为16%。 |
